The Kaina Online High School is comprised of an experienced cadre of highly qualified and motivated workforce who actively deliver the mission and vision of the institution.
Human Resource Development Sustainability Plan
The Kaina Online High School has been in existence since 2014 and now boasts 6 Commencement Exercises (the 6th, being July 8, 2019) and 9 cohorts. Since then, then number of cohorts has increased to 9.
Kaina Online high School was launched on March 14, 2014. Since then, the number of cohorts has increased to 9.
The founder is Mrs. Benita Ethnelda Paulino, BEd, Secondary Education and M.Ed in Adult Education, respectively.
The co-founder is Mrs. Alberita Rita Enriquez , MEd, EdD in TESOL and Organizational Leadership, respectively.
Cadres of licensed, qualified instructors deliver thirteen (13) subjects, some of them being electives. The support staff is comprised of an accountant, Mr. Darius Avila, and Attorney at Law, Mr. Cecil Ramirez, and technical staff: Site Developer, Mr. Nisean Castillo and Technical Administrator, Mr. Clyde Paulino.
Kaina Online High School of Belize Limited is celebrating its 7th calendar year; but, 9th academic year.
