Mission

The Kaina Online High School strives to make serious, diligent, independent youth and adults return to or remain in the school system by providing quality high school education for persons who need to complete high school and for persons in the workforce who wish to attend high school by using online technology.

 Vision

The Kaina Online High School envisions an affordable, student friendly online high school environment dedicated to the inclusion of more persons into the Belizean school system, thus enabling them to transition into higher education, promote and increase economic sufficiency and accelerate efficiency in the Belizean workforce.  The school envisions equitable education for members of all ethnic groups, including individuals in rural or disadvantaged urban areas and correctional facilities in Belize and elsewhere.

WHO DOES KAINA CATER FOR?  Who may apply?

Kaina Online High School accepts respectful, diligent, serious-minded individuals of any age
who wish to become high school graduates.

Persons who have completed elementary school, Form 1, Form 2, Form 3 and anyone who did
NOT successfully complete Form 4, may apply.
Kaina Online High School of Belize Limited aims to reduce crime; alleviate criminal tendencies among our youth; educate and prepare the incarcerated for a more seamless return to society; improve communication skills – master the language of instruction/official language to become experts at self-negotiation and comprehension.  Understanding the target language and other promotes peace and reduces loss of temper, violent language, as well as aggressive and criminal behavior.

Please know that each time a student skips an assignment, zero percent is recorded and calculated into the final average. Coercion and bullying by parents, sponsors, siblings or any other means will not make a difference. To pass your courses, you must study and get your work done properly and submitted on time. Any effort to commit bribery will have adverse effects. Bribery is the act of giving money or something else of value to someone to get them to do
something you want them to do, especially something they are not supposed to do.  At Kaina Online High School, Bribery is not tolerated. If a student or his/her parent/s, friends, neighbors or relatives attempt to bribe an instructor or administrator, the consequence is immediate expulsion.
If you are disrespectful, dishonest, and do not intend to change, and if you do not believe in studying and passing all subjects, please do not apply to attend Kaina Online High School. The passing mark for each subject is 70%.
